Na Young Jeon played Fantine on the West end, Queen's theatre and revived the part in South Korea, Bluesquare Theatre in Seoul. 

Na Young Jeon made her West End debut in the highly coveted role of Fantine, a single mother working at a factory who sacrifices her life to save her daughter Cosette.

For this portrayal she got nominated for a Broadwayworld UK/West End award

Her understanding of the character came from imagining what her parents and grandparents had sacrificed to bring her up. "For Fantine, everything is about her daughter Cosette, not about herself."
